Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc., located in El Dorado Hills, California, is seeking qualified personnel for the position of Staff Engineer. Youngdahl is a full-service geotechnical consulting firm providing services for earthwork construction, materials testing and geotechnical engineering and design.

The required qualifications include:

​

• B.S. in Civil Engineering

• FE with ability to obtain professional PE licensure

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal English communication skills

• Willingness to perform subsurface investigations and field work on construction projects as required

• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

• Experience in construction related activities and materials used in construction a plus

• Review grading and foundation plans for conformance with recommendations

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and budgets for new projects
