Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc., located in El Dorado Hills, California, is seeking qualified personnel for the position of stormwater manager. Our small family-owned business, which is nestled in the beautiful golden foothills of El Dorado County and surrounded by wine country, has been combining our construction experience with practical stormwater solutions since 1984. Youngdahl is looking for an environmental professional with 5+ years of experience to manage the implementation of our stormwater compliance program.  We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, qualified stormwater developer (QSD), with knowledge of the industry and technical expertise, to manage our diverse team of professionals and support our clientele.   Strong management, organizational, verbal and written communication and marketing skills are desired.

Responsibilities will include:

​

• BMP design

• SWPPP  Preparation

• Implementation of SWPPP plans

• Site inspections and sampling

• Supervision of personnel

• Management of private, commercial and municipal clients

• Project and Contract Management

• Regulatory Interface

• Permit Support

Required qualifications:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or other related field

• Current QSD certification

• Understanding of state and federal regulations

• Valid California Drivers License

• Professional licensure (PE/PG) a plus
