Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc., located in El Dorado Hills, California, is seeking qualified personnel for the position of PROJECT ENGINEER. Youngdahl is a full-service geotechnical consulting firm providing services from conceptual development through project completion on a wide range of projects.

The required qualifications include:

​

• B.S. in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• California PE registration; GE preferred

• Five plus years’ experience in construction related activities and materials used in construction

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal English communication skills

• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

• Manage multiple projects and clients

• Interpret geotechnical, materials and analytical laboratory test data for use in analyses

• Supervise engineering analyses for geotechnical projects

• Prepare and review geotechnical reports

• Interpret laboratory test data for use in engineering analyses

• Review grading and foundation plans for conformance with recommendations

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and budgets for new projects

• Marketing and administrative duties
