Document Support-Admin

Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Document Support/Admin position.  Our family-owned business, which is nestled in the beautiful foothills of El Dorado County, has over 35 years’ experience in the industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and enter field/lab data

  • Review Daily Field Reports

  • Communicate with field and office personnel for clarification and coordination

  • Research project documentation, as necessary

  • Generate final report

  • Assist with Admin overflow, as needed

  • Assist dispatcher, as needed

 Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Word

  • Excel

Compensation: Depends on Experience (DOE)

  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening and lifting requirements.

  • Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of construction industry, a plus
