We have been providing innovative solutions in the geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and stormwater compliance aspects of several of these projects which have ranged from ground up construction to tenant improvements on existing stores.  Several of the projects have been located in the heart of urban areas, such as three recently renovated locations in San Francisco.

In addition to the various stores, Youngdahl recently completed geotechnical engineering services, construction observation/testing of soils, and special inspection for the new 117,000 square foot Warehouse Distribution Center in Richmond California.

The special inspection services provided on these projects have been multi-faceted.  Our services have included soils, reinforced concrete, structural steel and welding, and masonry observation and testing. In addition, we also provided stormwater compliance services during project construction.  Our multi-trained technicians enable Youngdahl to provide support services from the project conceptual stage to project completion.
