The project includes 22 retail/office structures, a theater complex, a grocery store and two multi-story parking structures.  All of the retail structures are one-story, the office building four stories, all of steel frame construction. The theater complex and grocery store are one-story and of masonry unit (CMU) and concrete tilt-up panel construction.   All of the structures are supported on shallow conventional foundations and concrete slab-on-grade floors.

Following our geotechnical study, Youngdahl remained on site during the construction phase to ensure the geotechnical recommendations were incorporated correctly and to provide construction, observation and testing.  As a continuation of our consulting services we provided special inspection services for two, 3-story, post-tensioned parking structures at the site. Our services included the sampling and testing of materials, observation of all steel fabrication and embedded items, pre-placement observation and concrete placement observations to closely control on-site placement of concrete operations. Our inspection services included:
