Vineyard Aquatic & Community Center

Youngdahl Consulting Group, Inc. has performed geotechnical consultation, construction observation, materials testing and special inspection of concrete, masonry and structural steel for a new Aquatic Center, and District Support Facility.

The $14 Million project consisted of a community center, an aquatic center, and a support facility. The new community center is approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of building space and an outdoor event patio. The aquatic center complex is approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of building space, a 6,500 sq. ft. competitive swimming pool, and a 4,500 sq. ft. zero-entry recreation pool. The new District Support Facility is a 6,500 square foot building with a yard for equipment and materials storage.
