The civil improvements included grading operations for the site which include building pad construction, subgrade and pavement operations for the parking area, construction of site retaining walls, and construction of site utilities. Youngdahl also performed Special Inspection and materials testing services for the unique pool and enclosure that features a retractable roof.  This exciting project is part of the Heritage El Dorado Hills senior community at Carson Creek and features a pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a club house.
