As a consultant to Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority, provided third party review of contractor's efforts related to Construction Storm Water Compliance. The scope included review of the SWPPP documents prepared by the contractor and observations of field BMP implementation. Additional work included BMP design consulting and inspection/monitoring of SWPPP compliance progress by the contractor.

Working with both developers and contractors, developed SWPPP training programs for superintendents, project managers and sub-contractors. Prepared class materials, coordinated guest speakers (including CVRWQCB regulators and Specialty Storm Water Compliance Contractors) and presented core training topics. Clients include Teichert Construction, Elliott Homes, Syblon Reid Construction.
