Phase I and Phase II Site Assessment We are thoroughly familiar with ASTM standards for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Transaction Screens and generally scope our projects to comply with these standards. Also we work closely with our clients to tailor our scope of work to comply with their project's needs.
